A private yoga session is created around the individual client’s needs and wants. The yoga session could be based more on traditional yoga or therapeutic Somayoga or a combination of both.

One’s first hour and a half yoga therapy session includes an intake, followed by the practice. Our session is collaborative, with Nicole as the guide and you and your body as the teacher. Allowing, time to listen and learn from the body and mind to direct the session and healing.
Following sessions are one hour. Every session includes a discussion about what the client would like their daily practice to consist of.
